Join us on learning how to build an inclusive workplace, particularly for individuals with historically marginalized identities. We will discuss tools for fostering inclusion at the individual, team, and organizational levels, highlighting intersectional allyship. 

This perspective emphasizes the multiple layers of identity we each hold, and gives a road map for how we show up for our colleagues, ie how to grow as a cisgender ally to trans+ individuals, or a white ally to BIPOC queer folks, or an able-bodied ally to your disabled colleagues, etc.
