Howdy! My name is Preston Richardson and I am a REALTOR® in the Blue Ridge Area of North Carolina. I started in real estate in December of 2020. While that year was plagued with events that were not ideal, I fell into my dream career. I have always had a passion of helping and serving others. At the age of 12, I joined my local rescue squad in my hometown of Stanley, NC. This is where my service to others was ingrained in my mind and I will forever be grateful for. It truly helped me find my sense of purpose in life and at a very early age. For volunteer work, I serve as the Board of Director of the Blue Ridge Network of the Carolinas LGBT Chamber of Commerce. I have served in this position since December of 2021. I volunteer with Shelby Pride and Blue Ridge Pride. I am a member of the Outreach Team which is a division of Elevation Church. We serve the folks of our local communities! As far as my personal life, I reside in Hendersonville, NC with my husband Brett Carver who is a travel nurse and our 4 cats: Mac, Cersei, Malika, and Ashe. For hobbies, you will find us hiking, running, swimming, piddling out in the yard working on our landscaping, or sitting by a fire in the evening relaxing to the sweet sounds of Mother Nature.
