Nancy J. Di Dia, PCC, is the CEO and Executive Coach of Di Dia Executive Coaching Group, LLC, where she works with senior executives, emerging leaders, and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate change, build high-performing teams, and create workplace cultures where people can thrive.

A former Chief Diversity Officer and senior HR executive with more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Nancy brings a unique combination of business acumen, organizational insight, and executive coaching to her work. She spent more than 17 years with Boehringer Ingelheim, where she held senior leadership roles and helped shape enterprise-wide strategies focused on talent, culture, leadership, and inclusion.

Today, Nancy serves as a trusted thought partner to executives across industries, helping leaders increase self-awareness, navigate complex organizational dynamics, strengthen their executive presence, and translate insight into meaningful action. Her coaching style is candid, compassionate, practical, and grounded in the belief that great leadership begins with understanding both our intentions and the impact we have on others.

Nancy is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is currently pursuing the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. She is also a certified LINC Personality Profiler coach and brings extensive experience in leadership assessments, qualitative 360 feedback, executive team development, and organizational culture.

Through Di Dia Executive Coaching Group, Nancy partners with organizations ranging from global corporations to growing businesses, providing executive coaching, leadership development, strategic advisory services, team effectiveness work, and facilitated conversations around culture and inclusion.
