Home Care Services
Through Forget Me Not Home Care, we proudly serve Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding communities with a boutique approach centered on dignity, respect, compassion, and individualized support.

We specialize in non-medical home care services designed to support older adults, individuals living with dementia, and those who benefit from compassionate companionship and assistance with activities of daily living. We also provide Facility Advocacy, Care Partner
Facility Advocacy & Check-In Services
We partner with families whose loved ones reside in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities by providing an additional layer of support, advocacy, and personalized engagement.
Our visits are especially beneficial for residents living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), cognitive impairments, or behavioral challenges. We provide one-on-one reassurance, meaningful engagement, companionship, redirection, emotional support, and ongoing communication with family members while working collaboratively with facility staff.
Our goal is never to replace the care already being provided, but to complement it by offering individualized attention that enhances each resident's quality of life while providing families with added peace of mind.
We believe that when families, facilities, and outside advocates work together, residents receive the highest level of person-centered care.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Service
At Forget Me Not Consulting, LLC…Beyond the Ride dba Forget Me Not Home Care, we proudly partner with individuals, families, hospitals, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners by providing Premier Concierge Ambulatory Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and personalized transitional support designed to bridge the gap between discharge and home.
Our transportation services are intended for individuals who are ambulatory and able to safely transfer into and out of a standard passenger vehicle, either independently or with minimal assistance. While we do not currently provide wheelchair-accessible vehicle transportation or stretcher transportation, we specialize in delivering one-on-one NEMT ambulatory assistance with compassion, professionalism, and dignity.
