Driven by our mission, Seeking Justice Through Health & Housing, Carolinas CARE Partnership (CCP) LGBTQ+ Life Center specializes in wrap-around services for LGBTQ+ communities & people living with HIV. CCP provides

affirming housing options, mental health and substance use support, harm

reduction, HIV/STI testing/prevention, free resources and more. CCP also includes

Transcend Charlotte, a wrap-around support program specific to the needs of

transgender, nonbinary and gender diverse communities.
