William Wayne Icenhour is a dedicated Medical Scheduler with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, completed in 2024, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration. With a diverse background spanning retail management, fuel station management, fast food management, and medical administration, William brings strong people skills, adaptability, and proven management expertise to every role. He is passionate about helping others, especially within the LGBTQ+ community, and strives to make a positive impact through both his professional and community involvement.

William currently serves as President of the LGBTQ+ Democrats of Caldwell County, Chairperson for the Employee Voice Committee at his workplace, and Council Chair for his church. He is motivated by a deep commitment to advocacy and inclusivity, aiming to advance into government or administrative roles where he can further support the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of work, William enjoys hiking, sightseeing, exploring ancient history, and continually learning new things. His approach is both formal and friendly, reflecting a genuine dedication to service and leadership.
