Programming & Events RFP | Presenter

The Education & Programming Committee of the Carolinas LGBT Chamber of Commerce is looking for Presenters for our Annual Pride in Business Expo, Lunch & Learn Series, and other annual educational events. In an effort to provide all of our members and corporate partners with the opportunity to participate as a speaker or panelist, we are asking interested participants to submit the following Request for Proposal form. The Education & Programming Committee will then review all submissions and use these in the planning of our events.

Types of Presentation Opportunities:

Our Pride in Business Expo is held in May with typical attendance of 300+. We offer 4-5 break-out style presentation sessions during the Expo, each scheduled for 45 minutes. In addition to registered attendees, presentations will be live-streamed.

Lunch & Learns are scheduled from February through November on the second Wednesday of the month from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM and will take place at the same venue which will be located within 10 minutes of Uptown Charlotte. The typical attendance is about 20 people in-person. Presentations are about 45-60 minutes. We also live-stream each event and record the presentations for our members-only archive (coming soon).
